Chief Executive Officer
Julian is a seasoned finance and mobile technology executive and Founder of Neptune Mobile. He is a former business development executive at Flarion Technologies, a venture backed spin-out of Bell Labs; acquired by Qualcomm in 2005. At Flarion, Julian was responsible for developing the mobile terminal ecosystem for Flash-OFDM and built relationships with HTC, Kyocera, Netgear, Sharp and other ODMs. Previously he served in several strategy consulting, corporate and advisory roles. He began his career as an investment analyst at the International Finance Corporation. Julian holds a B.Sc in Economics from the Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Adminstration. He is a Barbadian national.
Chief Operating Officer
Danny is a 30yr+ veteran of the mobile telecommunications and internet service provider spaces. Danny was the former Network Director at Bay Area Cellular (AT&T) before taking up senior network executive posts at Nextel Communications and Verio, a Denver CO-based internet services company acquired by NTT in 2006. Danny has signiﬁcant experience in early stage technology company operations and is an experienced contractor to US government, aerospace and technology companies focusing on integrated security services. He is a West Point Graduate and holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College.
Michael E. Murphy
Michael is veteran system design engineer and designer/ builder of telecommunications and utility infrastructure. He is the former senior construction manager at Nextel Communications with responsibility for cell site deployment as well as design/development for the Nextel NASCAR networks. He has lead engineering design and development projects for DARPA, Verizon, AT&T and Sprint Nextel among others. Michael has extensive experience in the deployment and tuning of WiMax and LTE networks. Michael's expertise includes power systems; HVAC, DAS Fiber systems and CAD radio dispatch systems design and deployment. He holds a BS Business/Economics from the University of South Dakota.

Jason is an experienced Information and Communications Technology professional with over 12 years operating in the Telecommunications Industry in the English speaking Caribbean.
He started his career in mobile technology as project engineer for the GSM roll out for Cable and Wireless, one of the largest operators in the Caribbean. He has held leadership roles where he was responsible for strategy, design, build and operations of the Fixed Voice (Core and Access) and Broadband Access Networks for all Cable & Wireless markets in the Caribbean.
During his leadership tenure, he delivered several key projects for Cable & Wireless including Local Number Portability in the Cayman Islands, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network build-out, Hosted VOIP (IP Centrex), NGN Transformation, SS7 STP Rip and Replace, ADSL2+ network upgrades.
Jason recently also worked for Ericsson, a leading mobile communications and managed services provider, where he led the Operational Support teams responsible for the Operational Performance of the Cable & Wireless Fixed Voice, Fixed Broadband and IPTV Networks. Jason is now Principal Consultant at a Caribbean based ICT Strategy and Solutions firm, Northpoint Consulting Inc (www.northpoint-inc.com) which offers ICT Engineering, Project Management and Business Professional Services. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree (First Class Honors) in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of the West Indies. He is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Sherland has over 10 years’ experience as an RF Engineer. During this time he played a key role in the RF design, planning and Optimization of the existing mobile networks across the Caribbean region. He is the former Team Lead for Network Optimization at Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Ltd. Previously he held a regional RF Engineering position where he played a leading role in the deployment of the region’s first 4G networks. Sherland holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
Peter has 30+ years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology marketplace. Peter has been involved in wireless technologies for all of those 30+ years.Peter has lead successful start-up corporations including Chugach Telecommunications and Communications focusing on US Federal Government Contracting and Frontier Systems Integrators, LLC focusing on integrated telecommunications and security. Clients include DARPA, Pentagon, US Army, US Navy, and US Federal Protection Agency. Peter has extensive First Responder wireless communications experience designing, implementing and operating Public Safety wireless networks for agencies such City and County of Honolulu, US Army, US Navy, and US Department of Justice. He is a West Point Graduate and holds a MS IE degree from Clemson University. He is a member of IAEM and AFCEA.
Dr. Leroy Logan MBE, PhD (Hons), BSc (Hons)
Dr. Leroy Logan is a retired Superintendent having served 30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) since 1983. Before retiring he was was part of the national police team that successfully co-ordinated the safety & security of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympics across the UK, additionally he contributed to the post Games Legacy security report to Government.
Leroy has a BSc from the University of East London (UEL) & his achievements for his contributions to policing include the: 1. MBE in 2000. BSc 2. Honorary PhD from the University of East London 2013.
Alfred is a 26-year veteran of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) in London. At the Met, he held managerial responsibilities in finance (under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002) and in human resources. He has practiced employment law and featured in a variety of high profile cases on issues around equality.
In 2006 he was elected Chairman of the Metropolitan Black Police Association, the UK’s largest police association. During his 4-year tenure, he managed sensitive security issues both within the service and communities served by the MPS while maintaining open lines of communication with the most senior U.K. police officers, local and national government officials, Mayors of London and Members of Parliament. Notably, on the 10-year anniversary of the infamous murder of the young black teenager, Stephen Lawrence, Alfred presented evidence to the U.K. Home Affairs Select Committee on the Service’s progress in the area of race relations. A consummate diplomat, Alfred continues to use his experience to the benefit of Neptune Mobile and its customers.
